Abstract: The Hui nationality as the scattered ethnic minorities living in Shouchun town,has taken place in structural changes of all fields of society in the transition period.In order to adapt to the cultural changes brought by urbanization,eating habits,marriage and family,the revitalization of education and other aspects are adjusted and reconstructed.So we should combine with the reality,and develop the beautiful town of historical memory,cultural context,regional style and national characteristics.It is not only to transfer the surplus labor in the city,improve the infrastructure construction,but also to carry out tourism development based on the protection of the Islamic cultural heritage.
