Abstract: Survivin plays an important role in the inhibitor of apoptosis, which is considered as an ideal target for tumor treatment by more and more researchers. shRNA interference technique is targeted on the in-habiting the expression of survivin , so that inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibiting the angiogenesis of tumor and enhancing the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiothera-py and chemotherapy.
