Abstract: The integration scheme of the present systems of voice intercom, counting display, and customer evaluation of service terminal was studied to design and implement an interactive terminal based on ARM and open source Linux platform. The terminal uses an 8-inch LCD touch screen as a man-machine interface, achieves a picture and video playback, and expands the function of counting display, dialogue recording, sample form image display, information rolling and video playback, which are not found in the traditional counter interaction system, thus helps to enhance the level of banking services.
