Abstract: 目的 探索雷公藤多苷对雄鼠精子发生相关基因Herc4表达的影响,研究枸杞多糖促进该损伤修复的机制.方法 将SD幼鼠随机分为5组,分别是混合高剂量组、混合中剂量组、混合低剂量组、雷公藤多苷组、枸杞多糖组.各组灌服相应药物,连续8周.8周末取睾丸,用蛋白印迹法检测Herc4表达、免疫组化法检测Bax/Bcl-2表达.结果 Herc4表达以雷公藤多苷组为最低,混合低剂量组最高,但是各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).雷公藤多苷组高表达Bax、低表达Bcl-2,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 雷公藤多苷可下调SD幼鼠精子发生相关基因Herc4的表达,促进生精细胞凋亡;枸杞多糖可促进该损伤修复,机制是上调睾丸组织的Herc4表达,抑制生精细胞凋亡.
