Abstract: Objective To investigate the psychological resilience among intracranial tumor patients .Method In this cross-sectional study ,255 intracranial tumor patients who were admitted at two tertiary hospitals in Fuzhou were investiga‐ted by using convenience sampling method .Connor - Davidson Resilience scale ,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and a self-designed demographic questionnaire were used to data collection .Results The total mean score of psychological re‐silience of intracranial tumor patients was (57 .55 ± 18 .06) ,and the score of the dimension of tenacity ,strength and optim‐ism was (29 .40 ± 9 .97) ,(19 .23 ± 6 .13) ,and (8 .93 ± 0 .95) ,respectively .Conclusion The psychological resilience of in‐tracranial tumor patients was needed to be improvement ,and the future psychological intervention maybe taken it into con‐sideration .
