<正>脑电图是评价神经系统发育及预后的无创监测方法,现已能对早产儿进行长时程脑电监测。极早产儿典型的脑电图是夹杂在低电压中的不连续高波幅暴发活动,低电压期也称暴发间期(interburst intervals,IBIs)。随着婴儿的成熟,IBIs逐渐变短,暴发活动时间逐渐变长,至足月儿形成具有连续波形的脑电图。与胎龄相符的IBIs长度在不同研究报道中各不相同,但任何胎龄IBIs过长(>1 min)都
