Abstract: Aiming at the problem of manual or semi-automatic fee-collection system in most colleges and universities today use, development and design of an unmanned fee-collection management system. With this system, students will not need to go to the treasury department to pay their tuition or other fees, and the treasury department will be freed from the heavy, cumbersome charging work. All the stuff need to do is processing the charge data and printing receipts. This will help the department staff to achieve accurate, fast, secure and standardized fee-collecting.
