Abstract: Objectives:To explore the expression and significance of anti -sperm antibodies and anti -car-diolipin antibodies in serum of infertile couples.Methods:60 infertile couples and 60 healthy couples admitted in our hospital were chosen as observation group and control group respectively.Enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the level of anti -sperm antibodies and anti -cardiolipin antibodies.Semen for both groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The serum anti -sperm antibodies of male patients were significantly higher than control group (P <0.05),while difference in anti -cardiolipin antibodies was significantly different (P >0.05). The two antibodies in female patients of observation group were stronger than control group (P <0.05).The positive anti -sperm antibody had no effect on pH value,semen volume,sperm density and b grade sperm in both two groups,however,a grade sperm,sperm viability and curvilinear velocity were lower than control group (P <0.05). Conclusions:Patients with anti -sperm antibodies and anti -cardiolipin antibodies may affect the sperm viability and sperm motility.
