Abstract: Objective The paper mainly studied on the problem of traceability of the blood cell analyzer, to improve the effectiveness of the test result of this measuring instrument so as to ensure medical safety for patients.Methods The paper provided an analysis of the working principle of the blood cell analyzer and brielfy introduced the development of the instrument to determine the current technical dififculties in the process of calibration and veriifcation. It also provided the standardization of the traceability system that is recommended by the International Council for Standardization in Haematology.Results According to this method, blood cell analyzer used in the medical and health institutions should realize the measuring traceability through regular veriifcation, internal quality control, and external quality control, to ensure the accuracy and accordance of the test results and thus provide a technical basis for test results sharing between different medical and health institutions.ConclusionIt is the basic solution to change present situation of inadequate supervision of blood cell analyzer that establishes and improves the quantity traceability system of this equipment. It also has far-reaching social effect.
