Abstract: Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy as an endoscope-assistant technology was initially used to treat Lumbar disc herniation,a disease which brings abrout low back and legs pain and is now researched the most,the therapeutic effect has been confirmed to be satisfactory at home and abroad.The auther collected researchs in recent five years about the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation with this technology, and make a review.
