Abstract: A primary standard course system framework for postgraduates of health information management was designed according to the literature investigation and optimized using the Delphi method according to the suggestions of experts in order to promote the education of postgraduates of health information management. This framework includes 3 modules( health information management module,hospital management module,information science and computer science module) and 18 courses. The targets of such courses were proposed according to the classification theory of Bloom education targets.
