Abstract: Objective To explore the risk factors of emergency Gram-positive bacterial infections. Methods 200 patients in emergency department of infection in our hospital 2010-01/2013-12 were selected as the research object and the pathogenic bacteria were cultured. 80 cases of Gram-positive bacteria infections were analyzed, and statistical software was used for univariate and multivariate analysis of the risk factors. Results There were significant differences between the study group and control group on the ≥20 days hospitalization, stroke, hypoglycemia, chronic renal insufficiency, central venous catheter, total catheter number ≥3 months and combination with antibiotics(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical emergency department Gram-positive bacteria infection rate was high and with many risk factors. Clinical control measures should be developed on the basis of risk factors to reduce infection.
