Development of the banana cauloid cutting machine

Abstract: In this paper,we present a method that cut the banana cauloid braiding into a rope.On the basis of it,we present the banana cauloid cutting machine for cutting the banana cauloid,which consists of the motor,power transmission parts,automatic input and output mechanism,slicing knife set and cauloid uncrimp structure.The banana cauloid can be transported and rolled by automatic input and output mechanisms.Slicing knife set can make banana cauloid into strips.Cauloid uncrimp structure can prevent the banana cauloid from crimping.Test results show that the banana cauloid cutting machines performance is very stability,cutting rate of 98%.
