Abstract: Objective To analyze influencing factors on sleep quality of hospitalized hypertensive patients,and to discuss efficacy of sleep nursing intervention.Methods Eighty cases of hypertension associated with sleep disorders were analyzed influencing factors on sleep quality.All cases were divided randomly into intervention group and control group,each of 40 cases.Control group was nursed with routine care,and intervention group was nursed with sleep nursing intervention based on routine care.Sleep quality before and after intervention of two groups was compared.Results The main factors affecting the quality of sleep in hospitalized patients with hypertension included anxiety(56.3%),the environment suited(52.5%),nocturia increased,cough(38.8%),and so on.PSQI of subjects before intervention was higher than the national norm(P<0.01).After intervention,PSQI of intervention group(5.58±2.04分)decreased apparently,which was lower than that of intervention group before intervention(9.03±3.10分)and lower than that of control group after intervention(9.03±3.10分)(P<0.01).Conclusion Anxiety,the environment suited,nocturia increased,cough are influencing factors on sleep quality of hospitalized hypertensive patients.Sleep nursing intervention can improve sleep quality of patients.
