Abstract: 石榴贮藏适宜温度为2~3℃,最高不能超过5℃,适宜的空气相对湿度为85%~90%.家庭石榴保鲜贮藏的方法主要有如下几种.①室内堆藏.选择冷凉、湿润、通风的房屋,在地面垫厚约10cm的鲜草、地瓜秧等,将石榴一层果梗向下、一层果粳向上交替摆放,高度40~60cm为宜,上面盖上鲜草,并随温度变化增减覆盖物.此法可贮藏保鲜70~100天.②井窖贮藏.选高燥处,挖直径80~100cm、深100~200cm的井,根据贮藏量向四周挖数个拐洞,洞底铺厚10cm细沙,摆放石榴4~5层,最后把井口盖好,留好通气孔,注意勤检查.
