Abstract: 本研究探讨了积极心理学视角的情绪劳动策略,研究样本来自浙江省内9所特殊学校教师.结果表明:特殊教育教师情绪劳动使用最多的是自然表现;处于重度情绪倦怠的特殊教育教师比例达到30.8%;希望、乐观等心理资本能极显著地降低特殊教育教师的情绪倦怠水平;特殊教育教师情绪劳动表面表现越高,其情绪倦怠水平也越高.通过开发心理资本、增强情绪劳动能力、合理调整情绪劳动策略,可降低特殊教育教师情绪倦怠水平.
