Abstract: 基于前期的文献和理论分析、常人方法学研究、关键事件访谈、扎根理论研究,发现教学专长由知识结构、教学能力和专业发展能动性三个方面构成,并编制了中小学教师教学专长量表.采用分层整群抽样对两省各一市的40所中小学校的教师进行调查.对调查数据的验证性因素分析结果显示,教师专长的三维结构模型各项拟合指数均达到良好指标要求,各维度及总量表的信度均在0.80以上.教师专长的三维结构得到了实证数据的支持.教学专长量表能够有效区分新手教师和专家教师.
