The Effect of Autonomy on Teachers' Professional Happiness: the Intermediary Role of Work Engagement

Abstract: 为了考察自主对于教师工作投入和职业幸福感的影响,采用问卷法对707名中小学教师进行调查,通过结构方程模型对数据进行分析,结果发现:(1)教师自主与工作投入和职业幸福感均呈显著相关;(2)工作投入在教师自主与职业幸福感的关系中发挥了部分中介作用,即教师自主不但直接正向预测职业幸福感,还可以通过工作投入对教师职业幸福感产生间接效应.说明教师的自主水平越高,职业幸福感往往也较高.同时,教师的自主水平越高,工作投入也越多,而工作投入会影响教师的职业幸福感,进而使职业幸福感也得到提高.
