Abstract: Entrepreneurship is established on the basis of effective entrepreneurial decision making.College students are different from other entrepreneurs whether in entrepreneurial situation,capability in identifying entrepreneurial opportunities or in executing the process of entrepreneurial decision making.It is argued that the entrepreneurial decision-making process of college students is related with their psychological features,the entrepreneurial situation facing them,and the knowledge storage of individuals or entrepreneurial teams.The empirical study proves this hypothesis.
