Abstract: The paper analyzes main factors of construction waste landfill that impact environment,combines with the system dynamic method and builds dynamic model of environmental impacts of construction waste disposal by landfill via Vensim. Then,takes Shenzhen city for an example,transfers the environmental impacts into quantified currency form with the conception of social willingness-to-pay(WTP),proposes suggestions for making policies for construction waste disposal with obtained results.
