Abstract: Wuyang eight sets of mine auxiliary shaft lifting machine system is composed of Siemens S7300 + S7200 series PLC and the communication protocol of Profibus- DP. Due to the initial investment in the system,the monitoring and safety protection unit design is not perfect,the hoist system often appears the fault,such as slip line,frequent parking and so on,seriously affect the mine production,to mine work and safety buried a great hidden trouble. In order to solve this problem,the PLC system has been upgraded.
