Abstract: Net language is the necessity of science and technology society. The popular net language in the year is connected with the events which happened in the field of politics,economy and cultural entertainments. The identity of the language is relative. Combining the characteristics of the net language,this paper analyzes the features of all kinds of popular net language with the theory of conceptual blending network and discusses the social cause,building process of the net language,reflecting the metaphoric character.
