Abstract:
In order to explore effects of miR- 1 on bovine skeletal muscle cell proliferation,to help improving the quality of beef. We transfect miR- 1 into bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells and test the conditions of cell proliferation by Ed U kit. Results showed that PAX3 was the target genes of miR- 1. MiR- 1 inhibited the expression of PAX3 at the level of mRNA and protein. The results suggested that miR- 1 inhibited muscle cell proliferation via inhibiting the expression of PAX3.
