Tutors’ Management of College Students’ Part-Time Employment From the Perspective of “Sanquanyuren”

Abstract: It is proposed that the involvement of tutorial system in students’ part-time employment management be helpful to overcome the current plight that underscores money-making but neglects experience gains.The involvement is a significant initiative of "Sanquanyuren"in terms of guaranteeing students’ security,improving students ’part-time job quality and promoting students ’ human capital, which is beneficial to students’ career development. It is suggested that higher education administrators construct the specific working mode of the students’ part-time employment management under the tutorial system from dimensions of process,management,direction and evaluation.
