Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical value of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in gynecological abdominal surgery and provide clinical reference. Methods 60 cases of patients with given gynecological abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 were selected as the observation object and randomly divided as the control group and the experimental group with 30 cases in each, The control group were given fentanyl and propofol anesthesia, and the experimental group were given sufentanil and propofol anesthesia, Anesthesia time, recovery time, dosage of propofol and the occurrence of complications of the patients were observed and compared. Results There were significant differences in the anesthesia time and recovery time between the two groups by comparison, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the use of propofol and the incidence of complications between the two groups, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The implementation of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia on patients with gynecological abdominal surgery can effectively prolong the patient’s anesthesia time and shorten the patient’s recovery time, which is worth promoting.
