Abstract: In the assembly of large precision equipment, the equipment is becoming larger and complexer,a global coordinate system with high accuracy is required. In order to determine the weight of observation values reasonably and weaken the influence of gross error, the robust Helmert variance component estimation is used for all station data to establish rigorous overall surveying adjustment model of laser tracker. The results show that this method can better solve the weight of the observations reasonably, effectively reduce the influence of gross error, thus improve the positioning accuracy.
