Abstract: 选用600只艾维茵公母混合雏鸡,随机分为5组,分别饲以添加了0,25,50,75,100 mg/kg L-肉碱的玉米-豆粕型饲粮.饲养试验结束后进行屠宰测定,并分析胸肌的肉质指标.结果表明:(1)L-肉碱对肉鸡的生产性能无显著影响(P<0.05);(2)50 mg/kg以上L-肉碱可显著提高胸肌率,降低腹脂率和皮脂评分(P<0.05);(3)25 mg/kg以上L-肉碱可提高肉色的Hunter a值(P<0.05),50 mg/kg,75 mg/kg L-肉碱可提高肌肉中肌苷酸和粗脂肪含量(P<0.05),50 mg/kg L-肉碱还可提高肌肉中肌红蛋白含量(P<0.05).
