Risk Identification during Contemporary China′s Transition and Development Period

Abstract: The main risks in economic field include the dual economic structure between urban and rural areas,the widening gap between rich and poor,the increased employment stress,labor conflicts and production accidents,eco-nomic and financial risk originated from globalization and networking. The main social groups become vulnerable, the alliance of elite groups,corruption and the decline of government′s credibility,international political and military conflict are main reasons of political risk. Cultural risks come from the reduction of Marxist ideology,cultural coloni-alism and cultural imperialism,and consumerist culture. The main ecological risks contain natural disasters,re-sources exhaustion and public-health risks.
