Abstract: 为探究烤箱内部各阶段的传热机理,了解各阶段主导的传热方式,本文通过国产某烤箱的温度场均匀性优化改进项目进行了研究.研究采用实验测试、理论计算以及运用FLUENT模拟软件进行数值模拟的方法进行.实验测试和理论计算结果表明食物温度上升至171℃以上之后,对流成为主导的换热方式,利用数值模拟得到了烤箱的优化模型.本文为类似烤箱的研究提供了一种理论分析计算和数值模拟的思路.
