Adsorptive separation of octane isomers by ZIF-8 metal organic frameworks

Abstract: 航空汽油基础油中少量的正烷烃是导致航空汽油基础油辛烷值较低的根本原因.本项目利用ZIF-8金属有机骨架对辛烷同分异构体的单组分、双组分穿透实验进行了研究,考察了温度、压力、组成对吸附平衡的影响.研究表明:正辛烷单组分吸附等温线符合兰缪尔等温模型.由2,2,4-三甲基戊烷与正辛烷的二元穿透实验可知,在本实验条件下,正辛烷能够实现与2,2,4-三甲基戊烷的完全分离,且ZIF-8对二元混合物中正辛烷的吸附量接近于单组分正辛烷的吸附量.实验同样表明:尽管随二元混合物中正辛烷含量的降低分子筛对正辛烷的吸附选择性降低,但当混合物中正辛烷体积分数低于2,2,4-三甲基戊烷的体积分数时,该分子筛也能对正辛烷实现完全分离.
