Abstract: Recent years,each university of our country is commited to promote and develop the campus information construction,The education administration department of each university is urgent to use the intelligent test paper question bank system to replace the traditional manual volume and typesetting,Which is to realize the separation of teaching and examination efficiently and evaluate the teachers'teaching quality honestly and fairly.This paper has analyzed the needs of each university and then focuses on how to make the genetic algorithm to be a target of the algorithm of generating test paper in order to realize the high efficiency and high quality quantification of the intelligent test paper.And it also introduces the realization of main functional module simply.
