Abstract: Objective:To explore the CT features of PSH in pulmonary vascular tumor, and to evaluate the value of various diagnostic signs, so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods: the CT findings of 22 cases with pathologically proved PSH were retrospectively analyzed, among which 17 cas-es underwent CT plain scan and enhancement, and only 5 cases underwent CT scan. Results:22 cases were single lesion, circu-lar and 6 cases with halo sign, 5 cases show punctate calcifica-tion, 5 cases show welt vessel syndrome, 3 cases show the visi-ble air crescent syndrome. 14 cases of the CT enhanced scans show obvious enhancement. Conclusion: the CT features of pulmonary sclerosis hemangioma are characteristic, the CT signs of obvious enhancement of the adult female, with the sole pulmonary nodule of the edge and punctate calcification show their values.
