Abstract: As an important measure in training medical talents, The Outstanding Doctor Cultivation Plan advocates humanistic quality education which is the foundation of cultivating "Outstanding Doctors".The article analyzes mainly the traditional misperception that "Only skills matter" in humanistic training of outstanding doctors and the increase of spreading negative energy in the society.Accordingly, it presents several solutions: to make efforts in faculty-building, to enhance the training and practice in humanistic qualities of outstanding doctors, to abandon in humanistic education utilitarian ways of cultivating humanistic qualities for outstanding doctors, so as to turn medical students to excellent doctors of humanity and socialization.
