Legal Issues Concerning FTA Cross-border Commerce in the B2C Mode

Abstract: The establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone is good for our headquarters economy and the development of cross-border commerce.As a new mode of international trade,cross-border commerce has incomparable advantages over the traditional international trade.Kua Jing Tong is a government-dominated cross-border commerce platform which cropped up in this trend.It fulfills the function as the connection between foreign companies and domestic consumers.With this platform,we can better understand such issues as the lack of consumer protection,the lack of legal evidence and the lack of jurisdiction system and the mechanism to settle disputes.It will be beneficial in improving legal environment of cross-border commerce.
