Abstract: Objective To analyze the orthopedic trauma patients with pain control and correlation. Methods 102 trauma orthopedics cases admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 51 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were given pain-control intervention, while those in the control group were not. The degree of pain of the two groups was evaluated, and the correlation was analyzed. Results NRS was used for the evaluation of the pain degree. Before the surgery, the difference in the degree of pain between the two groups was not statistically significant(P >0.05). Three days after surgery, the NRS scores of the observation group were(1.8 ±1.1) points, and those of the control group were(6.1 ±1.3) points, which showed that the remission of pain was much better in the observation group than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For trauma orthopedics patients, pain-control intervention can improve the discomfort due to pain, improve the degree of comfort, improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation.
