Abstract: Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of tubal pregnancy by hysteroscopy. Methods 110 cases of patients with tubal pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.55 cases of patients in the control group received conservative treatment, who were given methotrexate intramuscular injection of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,55 cases of patients in the observation group were treated by hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and injection of methotrexate(MTX),the clinical curative effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The failure rate of the control group was 18.2%, while the observation group was only 5.5%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After three months of treatment, the patency of fallopian tubes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Injection of methotrexate under hysteroscopic tubal pregnancy is efficacy and easy to be accepted by patients.
