Abstract: Red rice peanut from the small village, Xianfeng county of Enshi prefecture was chosen as test variety to investigate the effect of trace element fertilizers on peanut yield. The test results showed that the application of fertilizer promoted the peanut growth. Compared with control, full fruit number per plant, 100 seeds weight, 100 kernels weight, single plant productivity increased, treatment 3(Hefeng boron 37.5 kg / hm2, Hefeng molybdenum 37.5 L / hm2, Huide 37.5L / hm2) increased by 17.6%. From the analysis of the test results and cost, when trace element fertilizers were applied in large area cultivation of red rice peanuts, it was appropriate to apply Hefeng boron 25.0 kg / hm2, Hefeng molybdenum 25.0L / hm2, Huide 25.0 L / hm2 three times in blossom fruit period.
