Abstract: In order to make clear the ice-resistant performance and the rationality of the ice-resist design for the offshore boost station platform. A new boost station platform in Bohai is taken as an example. Its ice resistance performance under typical ice conditions is analyzed by FEM,and compared with the typical oil and gas platforms in Bohai. The results showed that the structure of the new designed boost station platform has a lot of static safety reserve under the extreme ice condition,and the structural vibration is not obvious under the dynamic ice loads. So the new designed booster station platform has good ice-resistant performance.
