Keyword:  sunflower seed oilurea adductionlinoleic acid;
Abstract: Linoleic acid is abundant in sunflower oil, which is one of raw materials for preparation of conjugated linoleic acid. Preparation of polyunsaturated fatty acid and linoleic acid by urea adduction and purification process were studied, effects of saponification temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, centrifugal speed and time, ratio of 95% ethanol and urea( v/w),ratio of urea and fatty acids( w/w) and inclusion time of urea on enrichment efficiency were examined. Results showed that optimum purification conditions were saponification temperature 80℃, sulfuric acid concentration 20%, rotation speed 3 000r/min, centrifugation time 10 min, ratio of 95% ethanol and urea 3 ∶1, ratio of urea and fatty acids 1.5 ∶1, and urea inclusion time 12 h.
