Abstract: The application and promotion of accounting informationization has brought changes in accounting work styles and reporting models,and increased efficiency in the use of accounting information,which will provide more comprehensive information for the government departments to conduct macroeconomic management, for the enterprises to strengthen operation and management. According to the problems found in the survey,the accounting informationization construction in Longyan City should be set out, and brought into force. Software selection, policies for human resources, management, service channels, service quality,cooperation with universities win- win models between enterprises and universities,clear training objectives,personnel training programs and continuing education of human resources should all be emphasized.
