Abstract: A series of (O ,O)‐dialkyl‐α‐phenyl‐α‐(4‐substituted benzoylamino) methylphospho‐nate were synthesized from α‐aminophosphonate and 4‐substituted benzoic acid chloride under ice bath .The products were characterized by elemental analysis ,IR ,NMR (1 H NMR ,13 C NMR and 31 P NMR) and mass spectrometry .In order to further confirmed the structure of these compounds ,4f ,4g ,4i ,4j ,4k and 4l were determined by X‐ray diffractometer .The proto‐nated molecules [M + H ]+ of compounds 4a - 4f were analyzed under electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometric conditions ,at the same time ,attempts were made to explain the possible mechanism of the formation of rearrangement ion .
