Abstract: The article points out that on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of teachers ' growth demand vocational schools should be improve the relevant systems ,actively adopt school-based overall culture effective means such as training and career planning ,and fully mobilize the internal tension of teachers ' professional development,improve the level and ability of teachers' professional development.
