Abstract: Objective To study the effects of Dezocine and Sufentanil on analgesic and respirato-ry functions of patients with E.N.T endoscopic operation. Methods 102 E.N.T patients were se-lected and were randomly divided into the Dezocine and Sufentanil group, 51 cases in each group on the basis of different analgesic methods after operation. The Dezocine group was giv-en the Dezocine analgesia and Sufentanil group received the sufentanil analgesia after opera-tion.The blood gas analysis index and degrees of analgesia were observed in the two groups. Results The heart rate, PaO2 , PaCo2 and postoperative vomiting times in the Dezocine group were significantly lower than those of the Sufentanil group. The postoperative anesthesia time and recovery time were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion The post-operative analgesic degrees of Dezocine and Sufentanil for patients with E.N.T endoscopic op-eration have no significant difference, but the Dezocine has fewer side effects. The effects of Dezocine were significantly less than those of the Sufentanil on the respiratory functions of pa-tients after operation.
