Abstract: According to the problems existing in the teaching process on microbiology experiment course,there weresome teaching practices be carried out to improved the teaching effect,such as using school supplies as a prop tohelp students understand the principle knowledge,using students’ mobile phones to take photos and video images;having the students design a comprehensive test independently and using multimedia to play the experimental opera-tion process.These methods inspired the students’ learning interest and initiative and further improved the teachingeffect.
