Abstract:
本文采用X射线衍射技术分析了喷射成形镍基高温合金在不同状态下的晶格常数变化规律,由此对喷射沉积坯锭的冷却效果进行了评价,提出用"综合冷却速度"的概念来统一表征喷射成形材料的快速凝固效果,并分析了喷射成形条件下的晶格畸变和固溶度变化.
