Abstract: 针对在空间光通信中影响ATP系统跟瞄精度的主要因素,提出了采用提高精跟踪控制系统闭环带宽来保证系统跟瞄精度的方法.实验系统包括激光光源、四象限光电探测器、压电陶瓷驱动的快速倾斜镜和计算机等,实验结果表明,系统闭环带宽达到600Hz以上,有效地抑制了平台扰动误差,使跟瞄精度达到5μrad.
