Abstract: A 50-years female presented with subcutaneous nodules on the limbs for 3 months. Histopatholo-gy and CT scan supported the diagnosis of subcutaneous sarcoidosis. The patient was treated with metacortan-dracin 30 mg/d and the skin rash disappeared after treatment for 2 months.
