Abstract: 采用精炼加工、流变试验及长期热氧老化试验方法对抗氧化聚丙烯(PP)体系进行加工稳定性及抗热氧化效能评价,比较了抗氧剂1790及1010对PP动态热剪切老化和静态热氧老化性能的影响.结果表明,抗氧剂1790可以很好地改善PP树脂的加工性能和热稳定性能,添加抗氧剂1790的PP经150℃、2000 h热老化后,拉伸强度保持125%,伸长率保持80%.
