Abstract: The training base is the essential condition to train technical and skilled personnel in higher vocational education and also one of the features of higher vocational and technical education different from the common higher education. Taking the virtual training base construction for modern service-oriented professional groups of Jiangsu Institute of Commerce for example, this paper explores the construction and functional building of modern service-oriented professional group virtual training base.
