cDNA cloning and sequence analysis of Apo A1, CD36 and DGAT2 genes from goose

Abstract: 利用RACE技术,克隆获得了鹅Apolipoprotein A-1(Apo A1),Fatty acid translocase(CD36)和Diacylglycerol O-acyltransferase 2(DGAT2)基因的cDNA序列,包括全长的编码区序列(coding sequence,CDS).结果表明,获得的鹅Apo A1基因的cDNA序列长度为1 106 bp(GenBank accession:KF460562),包括135 bp的5'UTR(untranslated region,UTR)序列,795 bp编码区和176 bp的3'UTR序列,编码265个氨基酸.获得的鹅CD36基因的cDNA序列长度为2 262 bp(GenBank accession:KF460563),包括196 bp的5'UTR序列,1 416bp编码区和650 bp的3'UTR序列,编码472个氨基酸.获得的鹅DGAT2基因的cDNA序列长度为1 341 bp(GenBank accession:KF460564),包括93 bp的5'UTR序列,1 077 bp编码区和171 bp的3'UTR序列,编码359个氨基酸.同源性分析结果表明,鹅这3个基因cDNA与鸭的同源性最高,达到90%以上,与人等哺乳动物的同源性均较低.%
